I LOVE Summer

Yesterday, in fact the whole weekend was an absolute scorcher. It hit 41C ( I think that's like 106F) over here in Perth on Sunday, which was absolutely perfect for having a pool side bbq. The first, last and only photo I took was [View image] which is a pity because it was a pretty sweeet bbq. Why is it that the best moments in life are the ones you rarely capture on camera? It's probably a sign that you're having too much fun anyway to worry about taking photos.

Anyway, speaking of hot weather, I'm addicted to a new sport called Ultimate Frisbee, and it's the PERFECT summer sport. Right now I'm in training for W.A. state championships which is a 2 day tournament held over the Australia Day long weekend. That means training we've been training in the heat of the day, and it was so hot, my footy boots were melting. If you've never seen Ultimate, I suggest finding a field where it's played and have a go, it's so ADDICTIVE. It kinda also helps that I LOVE frisbees.

Also, after trolling through Jack's Blog I found my first reference! The posting is here. I'm pretty stoked about the whole thing, as that's the whole point of blogging, that someone else notices!

Well, that's about all for now, but I might start some of rating system for my days, kinda like one of those dodgy horoscopes you read in the back of the paper (notice how they never give out less than 3 stars or else people would start killing themselves.... Well, that's my theory [suggestions?]).
